Mr. Mills' story is a prime example of our constitutional rights being tried by the courts and misguided judges of our country. If we all take the "path of least resistance" (Mills 2005) regarding our constitutional rights, we have only ourselves to blame (the citizens) for the condition we shall find our country in looking to the future. My guardianship for my son was taking away from me, so I would not be able to take my son out of the group home where there are neglect and abuse. I would like to start a support group to fight against such cases.

This is the land of the free and home of the brave. We should not sit and local government push the little guy around because someone else within the system made a mistake. Mr. Mills should have never been convicted for such wrongfull submission of a permit to fill his property. Good bless america.....
I told my pastor today about Mr. Mills since the church building is right next to wetlands. Part of the church property is in the wetlands. I said one needs to be extemely careful with govt types.
I afraid that America as we know it is in it's last days as a free nation. We as a people have been ignoring God's Word for far too long. I have been told that America due to the current war for expanding our Empire that our govt is now in irreversable bankruptcy. It will not be long before we are forclosed on.
I went to a court to get a justice, but I got abused, humiliation, and victomized. I had learned that a real justice for a little people like myself is not what they say in books or in public. I learned that a powerfull corporation can rule the justice any way they want to for their profit. A human life means nothing to them. Your network showed up like a light in a dark tunnel. During the 2003 Deer Hunting season, I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Ocie Mills. Our conversation led to his WEB site to which I have just begun to review. However our family also has a cabin near Mr. Mills in northern Minnesota. I have heard the stories of the pet Bear Ocie had once owned. This bear had strayed off to our cabin, assuming the bear was just out for a new adventure. The bear appearently stood up to the back door of the cabin to the supprise of its guest inside the cabin. They all scrambled to find something to wipe with, then began to chase the bear away from the cabin door. They found out later the owner of the bear was Ocie Mills.
Great site and very informative of Juror's rights. How does a petit jurors rights compare other types of jurors? ie, grand jury, etc.?
